62. The provisions of this Chapter apply to forests roads over all the territory referred to in section 1.
However, they do not apply to roads under the management of the Minister responsible for the Act respecting roads (chapter V-9) that are classified as autoroutes or national roads, regional roads or collector roads, except the provisions of Division V regarding sandpits comprised in sections 118 to 123.
